Connectivity and convergence in employment: Representing the multinational companies across borders

Employment & Immigration Law

Companies’ inside and outside counsels are faced with the fast paced needs and desires of management to drive profits in an ever more complex global regulatory environment. This session will address the opportunities and pitfalls of setting up employment structures, allocating employees to parts of the global business, and entering and ending employment relationships in the context of the latest employment laws and regulations of various jurisdictions. The challenge is to stay sharp and up-dated to make sure multinational companies are compliant with those laws and regulations.
