Registration for the 2017 IPBA Annual Meeting and Conference is now open.

Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online registration and fees.

You will receive your social functions tickets with your badge at the Registration Desk.

Certificates of Registration will be emailed at the conclusion of the Meeting.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person.  Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, you may cancel your registration. If you cancel your registration prior to 31 August 2016 you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of NZ$170. Cancellations made between 1 September 2016 and 31 December 2016 will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations after 31 December 2016 will not be refunded.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the IPBA 27th Annual Meeting and Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Registration Desk

The Registration Desk will be located in the NZ Promenade, level 5 of the SkyCity Convention Centre. 

Membership Status

Please note that the registration fees for members of the IPBA do not include membership dues for 2016 or 2017, which must be paid separately to the IPBA in order to keep your membership of the Association in good standing.

Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you on completion of your registration and successful payment. This email must be presented at the registration desk in order to receive the conference materials.

Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
  • Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Conference.

  • The Privacy Act 1993 provides that, before your name and address details can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, you must give your consent.  If you did NOT tick ‘I DO NOT wish my details to be included in the list of delegates’ on the first page of the online registration form, it is assumed that you agree to have your details published in the list.
  • If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
  • If travelling to the Conference from out of town, we recommend you take out personal travel insurance for the duration of your stay.
